The bathrooms were clean, which I always really appreciate. It reminded me of places my family would stop at on road trips where a clean restroom instantly made the whole visit feel better

We visited a few Cleveland Metroparks spots, the signs made such a difference. The trails were easy to follow, and the parking areas were simple to figure out, which was a huge relief. With kids constantly asking where we were going next, I was so grateful the maps and arrows weren’t confusing. We found the paths, bathrooms, and picnic area without wandering around frustrated or wasting time. It might seem like a small thing, but it made the whole day feel calmer, smoother, and so much more enjoyable

I really do enjoy Cleveland Metroparks, especially the trails along the river and the wooded areas. There are plenty of peaceful spots, and the easier paths make it nice when you just want a relaxing walk. I went on a weekend, so a few areas were busy, but it still felt like a good escape. The scenery is definitely the best part. That said, the parking situation can be annoying sometimes, and if it keeps being a hassle, I might start choosing other parks instead. I’d give it 5 stars if parking were easier.

I tried using the screen reader, but it barely worked for me. It was really frustrating because I felt left in the dark most of the time, not knowing what was on the screen or how to move forward. I expected it to be more reliable and easier to use.

I booked a rental through clevelandmetroparks and it was simple. The reservation page was easy enough to follow, and picking it up went fine too. I’m giving 4 stars just because I wish the confirmation info had been a little clearer, I had to double check a few thigns. But overall, it was a good experince and I’d use it again...

For some reason, I just couldn't shake the feeling that it was a little too expensive for what I got. It wasn't terrible, but overall it felt overpriced to me

Overall, I had a good time and the animals seemed well cared for, at least from what I could see. That said, a few of the exhibits felt small and a bit outdated. I couldn’t help wondering if they’re putting more focus on the nicer-looking sections for visitors while some older habitats are just being left for later. Still a nice zoo, but I hope they update those areas soon.

The parks are definitely pretty, and a couple of the trails we walked were really nice. But some of the amenities were a little hit or miss for us. A few bathrooms weren’t very clean, and one didn’t even have soap, come on now, that’s kind of a basic thing. Parking was confusing too, with not many signs around the area we visited. Some picnic tables looked worn down, and a few trash cans were overflowing. It’s fine if you just want a quick walk, but I expected better upkeep from Cleveland Metroparks.
